Virenscanner für xp 64bit

Hi folks,
Welchen Freeware Virenscanner und welche Firewall könnt ihr für Win XP 64bit empfehlen. Bisher verwendete ich für das 32bit xp AVIRA Antivir und die Sygate Firewall. Danke.
