Wie mach ich dass zB dass wenn ich 2 Layer habe.. die eine immer fix auf der position bleibt.. auch wenn gescrollt wird die selbe pos behält.. und eine 2te layer zB dahinter gescrollt wird

Geht mit "position:fixed"
Beim IE ist wieder mal Bastelarbeit angesagt.
