Freeware Trainer: Piaggio 149

es gibt bei Avsim eine sehr schöne Freeware Piaggio 149:

The Piaggio P-149 is a trainer-laison aircraft. It first flew in June 19th, 1953. I'ts a development of the P-148 model, with increased seat cpacity, tricycle retractable landing gear and a more powerful engine, featuring a three-bladed constant speed propeller. It was mainly used by German Luftwaffe as a training aircraft, that oredred 75 examples in 1955. Later in 1957 another 190 were manufactured under licence by Focke-Wulf. The D version is the one employed by Luftwaffe, while later some few P-149CH variants were used by Swissair as flying schools, and a few P-149U variants, with a new tailplane section to allow more rotation clearance on takeoff were used by Ouganda's Air Force. The P-149 Has a seating capacity of 4 with some examples being certified for 5 (both cases including pilot) and it's fully aerobatic, having G-limits set at +7\-4.5. After training activities ceased with Luftwaffe, several are still flying under civilian operators. This gMAX model features completely 3-D virtual cocpkit and cabin with advanced night lighting and custom special effects, plus a sound package recorded from the real thing. Simulates all systems onboard the real aircraft, coming with panel instructions. Flight Dynamics are built using only real data based on the 1% spreadsheet plus lots of manual tweaking for fine tuning. Read Notes before flying please... Enjoy! Das Teil fliegt sich wirklich sehr gut... :-) Leider gibt es aber keine Tooltips im 2D-Panel.

Super, endlich ! Bin gespannnt.da werden Kindheitserinnerungen wach !!
Die Bilder versprechen viel...neben der Do27 und der Safir (hoffentlich) eine weitere Bereicherung für den virtuellen Hangar.

Ich habe sie mir auch gezogen. Wahnsinn, innerhalb von fast nur einer Stunde sprang die Download-Zahl von 753 auf über 1000 an. Das Maschinchen lohnt sich wirklich! Endlich ne gute Umsetzung. Jetzt fehlt bloß noch ein schönes Luftwaffe-Repaint :) Mal gucken, wenn meine Yak-52 heute nicht freigeschalten wird, dann werde ich mit der Piaggio mal nen Trip in den Harz machen...

Fazit: Download lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Genial, so gefällt mir das. Fliegt sehr gut.
Habt Ihr mal versucht zu trudeln?

Geht sehr heftig, aber kann noch ausgeleitet werden sofern man hoch genug ist.

Der Sound wäre auch was für die Do27.

Also die Yak-52 gibt es im Simmarket (Payware) und ist von VAP (http://secure.simmarket.com/product_...oducts_id=1928).
Da ich für Simflight.de ein Review darüber schreiben werde, warte ich halt nur noch auf's freischalten der Review-Copy...

Danke für die Info zur Yak. - Die wird für mich sicher auch interessant. - Ich hatte das Glück, einmal mit einer realen Yak-52 mitfliegen zu dürfen. Ein Erlebnis, das ich sicher nie vergessen werde.

Zur Piaggio - ein tolles Modell. - Ein bisschen störend finde ich "Lara Croft" auf dem Nebensitz und die etwas ruckeligen Anzeigen im VC. - Aber trotzdem eine tolle Umsetzung!

Wäre der Sound von der Piaggio denn besser als der von der Maule?
