Format CombactFlash over the Computer
 

How can you format a compactflash over the computer? I broke the screen of my camara and now I need to free the space of the disk. I tried to delete it over the Computer but it shows me just 16 free mb from originally 64mb.

All advise is very welcome!

Format the Card with FAT32(Fat16?). Or in an other Cam.

to format the card:

-open "my computer" (i.e. "Arbeitsplatz" on german workstations")
-right click the CF-Drive
-choose "format disk" and then format it with FAT32

if that doesn't work try again with FAT16 instead of FAT32

vielleicht will er auch nur Englisch üben.

wäre eh nötig :) "camara", "the space" (weltraum, nur space wär richtig), satzstellung im allgemeinen, .... :D

somit 2 Sachen in einem Posting gelernt :D

wenn jemand die motivation dazu hat, könnte er ihm die restlichen fehler (vor allem Satzbildung) ja auch noch ausbessern, dann hätte es sich richtig rentiert :D

Yeah it is truly hilarious. Ich habe angefangen den Beitrag in English zu schreiben, und dann hab ich bemerkt, dass es ein deutsches forum ist, und da wollte nichts mehr umaendern
Ist wirkich super, dass es so viele leute gibt die nichts besseres zu Leben zu tun haben, als die ganze Zeit vorm PC zu hocken und Leute versteckt und feige zu kritieren weil sie nicht wahrnehmen wollen, dass sie die wirkliche Versager sind.
Es ist einfach nur traurig.
Auf der anderen Seite bin ich sehr dankbar fuer die Leute die sich die Zeit nehmen und wirklich helfen.
