Warenrücksendung.. hab ich da noch garantie drauf?
 

mir ist mein motherboard eingegangen sowie cpu (glaub ich zumindest)... hab mich erkundigt und rausgefunden, dass ich aufs motherboard noch garantie hab.. wie siehts da mit der cpu aus? (amd, sockel A - MSI).. ist noch nicht mal ein jahr alt..

was du in jedem fall hast ist gewährleistung (2j) ... wenn grob übertaktet hast wirst dich aber schwer tun.

auf was jetzt genau?.. das ich aufs mainboard garantie hab weiß ich wie gesagt.. wie ist es mit der cpu?..

2 jahre auf cpu?.. :confused: .. ne.. übertaktet hab ich nichts.. pins sind alle dran und grade.. hm..

Wenn nicht übertaktet hast noch Garantie drauf.

boxed: du bekommst eine schachtel mit lüfter und anleitung

non-boxed: du bekommst die nackte cpu

Wie genau ist die CPU kaputt gegangen? Durchgebrannt (dunkler Fleck)? Ecke abgebrochen?

ich hab gleichzeitig gekriegt: cpu und in einem extra-packet den lüfter dazu.. ist das jetzt boxed?..

kA wie die hin gworden ist.. hab einmal den kühler abmontiert.. cpu raus.. dann wieder rein und nix ist mehr gegangen.. pins usw. sind alle da.. auch kein fleck zu erkennen.. also kA

wenns nach der demontage und montage nicht mehr geht, hast wahrscheinlich eine eckn auf der cpu herausgebrochen. darauf hast keine garantie und keine gewährleistung, weilst es selber zerstört hast. das heisst du musst dir eine neue cpu kaufen. also zumindest wenn die beim händler ein mindestmaß an ahnung von ihrem job haben ;)

eine zweite variante wäre noch, daß du beim abmotieren des kühlkörpers eine leiterbahn auf dem mainboard durchtrennt hast, weil du mit einem schraubenzieher abgerutscht bist.

weil warum sollte genau nach der demontage und montage plötzlich die cpu und/oder das mainboard von selbst eingehen ?
