SMS-Nachricht auf PC schreiben u. übers Handy senden

Hallo!
Ich würde gerne SMS auf dem PC verfassen und über das Handy versenden. Gibt es für Nokia HaAndys und Windows PC dafür ein Programm, wenn möglich Freeware? Verbindung HAndy -PC erfolgt über USB-Kabel bzw. Bluetooth!
