Toshipa Satelite ????

Hallo Leute
ich soll bei einem Toshipa Satelite - welcher Standart mäßig
xp installiert hat - Win 98 installieren -
also muß ich alles mal formatieren - nur er läßt mich nicht -
kann aufs Floppy nicht zugreifen - ich komm auch nicht in Bios -
kann wer weiterhelfen
