direct 9c desinstallieren
 

Hab, nachdem ich mein System immer aktualisieren möchte, DirectX 9c installiert, danach ist ein Spiel nicht mehr gegangen. Danke Microsoft, es wird wirklich Zeit, dass auf Linux mehr Software erscheint.

DirectX 9c kann man ja nicht direkt deinstallieren. Also hab ich mir so ein Tool heruntergeladen, das das angeblich kann (directx eradicator). Das Ding hat das nicht wirklich gescheit gemacht.

Nun hab ich DirectX 9b nochmal hinaufgespielt. Und jetzt bekomme ich Fehlermeldungen, dass die Registry fehlende Schlüssel hat. Na super.

Ich muss noch nicht die Schlüssel jetzt nochmal manuell anlegen oder gibt es eine bessere Lösung unter Windows ME ??

Am liebsten würde ich ja Microsoft verklagen, weil die da etwas herausbringen, womit dann Software nicht mehr funktioniert, aber ich Kleiner kann mir das ja nicht leisten. Man fühlt sich als deren Betatest doch ziemlich dumm

kannst du die direct x versionen nicht in der systemsteuerung software deinstallieren ?

Nein, DirectX kann man so nicht deinstallieren.


Schaut so aus, als ob das Tool nicht das beste ist.

Eine andere Möglichkeit wäre, mit einer XP-CD (wenn Du XP benutzt ;), Dein Profil sagt nicht viel aus) drüberzuinstallieren, am besten mit einer, die das SP2 (und damit DirectX9c) schon integriert hat.
