F1 ATR FMC Problem!
 

Hallo,
1.)Ist das normal, das im FMC als Platzhalter immer ÄÄÄÄ steht (Bild1/2)?
2.)Bei der Routenplanung hab ich jetzt schon des öfteren einen CTD gehabt, nachdem ich einen weiteren Wegpunkt eingegeben habe(Bild3).Woran könnte das denn liegen?

kann dein Problem bestätigen,die ÄÄÄÄÄÄs hab ich auch,hab allerdings noch keinen Flugplan eingegeben.

Hier Hans Antwort aus der FAQ-Section des ATR-Forums:

Unfortunately, the software used for the installer sometimes has trouble to correctly install fonts into the Windows\Fonts folder. If that happens on your system, you see the letter Ä on the FMS instead of boxes.

Here's a workaround (based on Windows XP folder names):
- Locate "HHFMS.TTF" in your Windows\Fonts folder.
- Move (not copy) the file to a location of your choice (C:\ for example)
- Move the file back into Windows\Fonts

Windows will now show a window with a font installation progress bar in it. After that, the FMS will show the correct letters.
