Sicherheitsstufe einstellen

da kann wer seine Sicherheitsstufe im IE6 nicht einstellen obwohl er als Administrator angemeldet ist?
Die Tasten sind grau unterlegt, also man kann sie nicht anklicken.

Was tun?

Sys ist winXP prof.
