MS Excel Office 2000

Gruss an alle!

Hab da ein sehr seltsames Problem! MS Excel erzeugt statt dem Beistrich am Ziffernblock einen Punkt!! Keine Ahnung wieso und ich find die Einstellung nicht wo man das umstellen kann!
Bin dankbar für jede Hilfe,

IIRC: Start->Einstellungen->Ländereinstellungen->Zahlen->Dezimaltrennzeichen

Alle Zeitangaben in WEZ +2. Es ist jetzt 18:36 Uhr.
