Empfange keine Mails mehr !
 

Hi there !

Seit zwei Tagen aus heiterem Himmel, hat bisher seit Jahr und Tag funktioniert. (Server: c23.at; IP:193.53.80.111). Neustart wurde bereits probiert. Bin verzweifelt.

Mails werden nicht angenommen und den Konten zugeteilt. Im mail log stehen tonnen an Log Einträgen, mit tail (nachdem ich von einem anderen Account aus auf mike@c23.at bzw koelner@c23.at mailte):

Ich befürchte oder denke das hier der Fehler ist :

c23:/etc/sysconfig # host c23.at
c23.at mail is handled (pri=0) by mail.c23.at

so weit so gut.

c23:/etc/sysconfig # host localhost
localhost.at has address 195.58.160.135
localhost.at mail is handled (pri=10) by enemy.cx

Das kann so aber nicht stimmen oder? enemy.cx??? Und die IP is mir ebenfalls nicht koscher. Wie kann man das korrigieren??

Kann mir da wer rasch helfen bitte?

Hast du eine Trafficüberwachung laufen und/oder steht der Server unter Last?

Schau einmal mit ps x was da alles läuft.
Senmail kann nicht starten, da der Port belegt ist.

Vielleicht ist dein Server zum offenen Relay erklärt worden :D

Laufen tut nicht viel, also Überlast kann es bei Gott nicht sein. Offenes Relay kann ich auch nicht sein, kann nicht auf andere Server mailen (wie stellt man SMTP Authentification ein?). Aber ich habe jetzt in den config Files tausend Optionen verändert und zig mal rebootet ... jetzt nimmt er Mails.

Aber woher er das enemy.cx genommen hat ist mir Schleierhaft. Ich glaub das dies das Kernproblem war, da localhost auf localhost.at geroutet wurde und dies wiederum auf enemy.cx, welches ein fremder Server, welcher natürlich meine User nicht kennt und dann jedesmal stat=user unknown auswirft und die Mails verworfen hat ....

Mit ping localhost hat er es aber richtig aufgelöst! Habe jetzt localhost und localhost.at in alle möglichen config Files als lokale Hosts mit eingetragen. Das enemy.cx find ich aber nirgends ....

Stoppe mal den Sendmail und schau, ob du dich dann noch mit telnet servername 25 auf den Server verbinden kanns. Wenn ja, hast Du 2 SMTP-Server laufen, das wuerde die Probs erklaeren.

Wie genau stoppt man den sendmail (und wie startet man dann einen Dienst wieder am einfachsten außer Neustart) ?

Ja sorry, bin kein Linux Guru sondern Club Obmann, der damit auch den Web Server betreut, sprich sponsert, administriert und wartet.

Hat bisher (seit Jahren) auch super hingehaut, selbst Installation etc., Ikonboard Forum und und und konnte gemeistert werden.

Aber jetzt hakt es mal.

Ich werde versuchen danach im WEB zu suchen ob wo die Antwort steht ...

Der ja jetzt auch wieder funktioniert. Nur bei "hosts localhost" wird immer noch falsch aufgelöst, obwohl ping localhost richtig auflöst.

Das Problem ist nur geringfügig aufgehoben .... nach cirka einem Tag laufzeit ist er Mailmäßig irgendwie offline : ankommende Mails verschwinden im Nirwana.

Kann sich jemand aus dem Maillog oben und dem fehlerbild einen Reim machen? Kann jemand Hilfe anbieten?
