Freeware-Proggi zum Speichern von FS2004.pln

Hallo!

Gibt es eigentlich ein Programm, dass ähnlich wie FSBuild 2.x und FSNav FS2004.pln Formate erstellen kann, nur eben dauerhaft Freeware ist?
