MD-11 How to

Hallo Zusammen,

HAt mir jemand tipps wie ich mich am besten in die Materie des Verkehrsflugzeug fliegens einarbeite?

Speziell möchte ich mit der MD-11 beginnen. Gibt es für dieses Gerät irgendwo ein POH?
