Repaint Texture Help
 

I'm a repaint freshman so I would appreciate some help regarding my new Croatia Airlines livery. Here's the issue:

1. I have made an EW A319 Repaint in Photoshop based on official blank textures. However, after I have converted my PSD into BMP using ImageTool I get an ugly "blue-ish" line along the upper fuse under certain camera angles (outside)...it supposed to be white as bunny without blue reflections...oh yes, and this is a part that I didn't edit at all so its supposed to be just fine...
2. Maybe its related to the 1st Q...what is the best way to convert PSD textures into FS BMP...by using ImageTool or DXTBmp or both? (and which format?)
