read after write.... (FSBus)

Hallo Leute!
Wer hat ne Idee!
Konnte bisher wunderbar flashen!
Nur plötzlich gehts nimmer!
Hab folgendes Probelm:

Beim Troubleshooting:
Pin 4 u. 5 passen (13,6V)
Pin 5 (Clock) auch mit 5 V
aber an Pin 4 (Data) liegt keine Spannung an!

Wer hat ne Idee? OS=Win98SE
