Maus und Radeon 9600Pro vertragen sich nicht?

Seit ich eine neue Radeon 9600 habe kommt es bei etlichen Spielen zu Problemen (C&C Generals, Knights of the old Republik, Railroad Tycoon 3 etc.) sobald man die Maus bewegt stürzt der PC komplett ab (Es hilft nur mehr ein Neustart).
Als Ursache hat sich die Curser-Beschleunigung heraus gestellt. Wenn man diesen deaktiviert, stürzt der Pc zwar nicht mehr, es flackert jedoch der Curser sehr nervend!

Hat jemand eine Lösung für das Problem.
Ich habe Catalyst 3.9(+ andere probiert) und eine Logitech DualMan-Maus.

Leider gibt es Spiele die mit deaktivierter Curser-Beschleunigung praktisch unspielbar sind (z.B.: Rise of Nations 5 statt 50 FPS).

Kann man das flackern irgendwie beseitigen ?

Hast du Fastwrites auf "enabled" (BIOS/Smartgart) ?

Ich versteh zwar nicht warum ich kein Feedback bekomme, aber diesen speziellen Verdacht habe ich deswegen:

A combination of specific chipsets and conditions were required. The short term work-arounds are still to disable HW cursors or to enable fast writes. Ist glaube ich eingeschaltet. Wenn ich nachhause komme werde ich es einmal kontrollieren.

Beim Support der Spielehersteller wird einem immer empfohlen unter Hadwarbeschleunigung die Curser und Bitmapbeschleunigung zu deaktivieren! Das funktioniert auch, außer das dann zu einem flackern des Mauszeigers kommt.
