Hat jemand Infos über OGM?

Habe nur diese dürftige Definition von doom9.org gefunden:

ogm ist ein container format, wie avi, mp4, matroska, mov, mpg usw, welches verschiedene media streams beinhalten kann (audio, video, untertitel...)

naja es ist kein avi file, dh umbenennen etc ist keine gute idee
aber es kann alles was avi kann und mehr...

bearbeiten kann man es zb in virtualdubmod
