java games zip/jar/jad

hi,

was muss ich mir bei java-games für´s handy downloaden? die *.zip, die *.jar oder ide *.jad-datei?

Also beim 7650 sinds glaub ich sys-Dateien. Ich würds einfach mal ausprobieren...
