Question
Hi
Well Im obviously not from Germany (from Sweden btw) and my german isnt very good so youll have to excuse that I use English (if you wish to answer in german thats fine). Since the german prices on computers are better than than over here, Im looking for a good place to buy some stuff from. I would appriciate it very much if someone could give me an (www) adress to a comercially good store. |

Hallo Diposu,
nice to see another language in this forum :) I would suggest to buy a WCM-newspaper (Wiener Computer Markt), there you may find some pricelists of austrian dealers. Otherwise the recommendation of Mr.XXXlarge could be very helpfull. lG (= liebe Grüße ~ est regards) Christoph |
@freeze
nocht how ,sondern where did you find this forum how = warum |
i will aber ned wissen, wo er es gefunden hat, sondern wie er es gefunden hat :p
außerdem heißt how ned warum |

@Grandmaster Freeze [L-M]

2. Wo hab ich ihn ausgeladen?(hab ihm ja nur gesagt, dass dies ein österreichisches Forum und kein deutsches ist.) 3. Welche Meinung hat er den kundgetan? @Diposu out of interest: is there a swedish onlineshop, were we can get swedish prices?? |
meines wissens nach nur nach schweden.
how heisst mit an 100% grenzender wahrscheinlichkeit nicht warum. |

I found this site through a newspaper homepage. I found the newspaper by searching in altavista.de . I was going to buy a deutsch computer paper but there werent any to be found in the biggest paper shops here in Gothenburg(!!!!). Thats almost an outrage...
Well, I do appriciate your help. I found a company that I feel confident to buy from (reasonably good prices and services). Thanks alot |
Hmm yeah, about swedish prices.
There are a few companies that have reasonably good prices. www.multidirect.com www.databyggarna.com are those which I can think of right now. There is about 4.7 swedish crowns to every DM. NOTE: Sometimes swedish paper/sites give the price without tax (25%) and sometimes they list both prices. I generally find that an averege german shop is about 25% cheaper than swedish ones (hmm the TAX is 25%...is there a connection?? :) ) |
Hello and welcome, Diposu
You are from Sweden - do you live in Austria? - If yes, I hope you enjoy our country!
Wer sagt denn, dass er in Schweden lebt - dass er von dort ist, heißt nicht, dass er sich jetzt dort aufhält! |
OK
Jetzt hat er mich um 1 Minute überholt - dass hätte einiges aufgeklärt!
|
TAX in Germany is about 15%.

@Diposu
Welcome to the club and this very familiar forum! i thought people in sweden are just buying alcohol abroad :) indeed, i follwed your links, prices seem to be reasonable high in sweden what do you want to buy, a complete system or some computer parts? you have to consider that shipment prices are very high in germany this is why most dealers aren´t using "deutsche post" but rather companies like TNT or UPS. another problem are the transaction costs and warranty issues, i don´t know about the prices for foreign tranfers in sweden, but in germany and austria prices are high, particularly for small amounts. it would also be a huge advantage, if you have a "contact person" in austria or germany for handling warranty cases , if your german is rather "underdeveloped". perhaps you might find some frieds in this forum, for sure you will :) nevertheless, if you want to order in germany, i would recommend you to buy a "c´t" - it is the best german computer journal , the web adress is www.heise.de the biggest german computer reseller can be found at www.alternate.de for a survey of market costs in germany follow http://www.geizhals.at/de/? (already posted) greets to sweden from tiny vienna :) p.s.: if you need some buy recommendations or some good advice, just ask |
I live in Sweden, yes.
I actually bought a computer from germany before, my current computer actually. Im very pleased with it and have yet to find anything wrong. I bought it from www.publix-computer.de but they closed down. Both my brother and father has worked in germany and they both speak quite well so if its necessary they can handle things. When buying whole computers the shipment cost doesnt seem to high. Still I have to work this out with the company so I try to contact them (the publix-related-one didnt reply back). |
