III. Installation

Double-click the demo installer file. You will be prompted for your choice of language for the installer program - select it from the list.

You will then be asked to enter the directory you wish to install the game to, the game will then install to the chosen directory.

IV. Running the Game

After you install Colin McRae Rally 2005 Demo there will be a Colin McRae Rally 2005 Demo shortcut on your desktop. Double-click this to start the game.

Alternatively you can start the game by going to:
Start Menu -> Programs -> Codemasters -> Colin McRae Rally 2005 Demo -> Colin McRae Rally 2005 Demo.

Ok, i hab nur ne Geforce GTS (32 MB Grafikarte). Scha(n)de!

War das nicht auch schon beim 4ten Teil so?

Außerdem wer zockt noch mit Win98?

Naja, bin schon gespannt.

Leider funkt derzeit nur ein Server um es runter zu laden. Und ich schwank dauernd zwischen nix und 30kb - is also nicht sonderlich schnell.

Es gibt net zufällig eine andere Site wo man das File auch bekommen könnt. Weil die paar Mirrors sind leicht überlastet und auf fileplanet.com gibts das ganze z.B. auch nicht. :(

Naja, nach den ersten 15 minuten hoffe ich dass die restlichen 30% noch einiges ausmachen :(

auf der letzten gamestar dvd habens 2 verglichen die irgendwann kommen sollen, das eine total hardcore, das hat total fetzig gewirkt, das andre war auch nicht schlecht, hat das sich wer genauer angesehen?

das war richard burns rally versus xpand rally...

rbr kommt anfang september (9ter glaub ich), xpand 29. sept.
von xpand gibts eine DEMO, die dann doch nicht offiziell war (auch auf aktueller gamestar zu finden), es kommt aber noch eine mit multiplayermodus am 26.8.

rbr für den hardcore-rennfahrer (richtung gpl), xpand, naja, man wird sehen, wohl doch etwas lockerer. dafür hat xpand im gegensatz zu rbr online-mehrspielermodus...

der drecksdownload funkt schon wieder nicht... :mad:

aber egal, ich habe eh keine zeit zum spielen. ;)

der link auf bh führt schon länger ins nirwana.

Seit dem 3 Teil frag ich mich das auch :rolleyes:

ich hatte bei runterladen immerhin 113 KB/s im schnitt, auch nicht die welt aber immerhin. ich finde das spiel läuft besser, als der vorgänger, (also schneller) die grafik hat sich ja auch nicht grad verbessert.

Colin ist ein bisschen seriöser als Xpand Rally. Xpand fehlt ein wenig das Flair trotz oder gerade wegen der Strecken.

Anscheinend darf nur gelten, was Dir gefällt. Mir gefällt Xpand Rally nicht. Ob Dir das gefällt oder nicht. Und Colin McRae Rally 2005 gefällt mir. Ob jetzt pixelig oder nicht. Es ist nicht pixelig. Xpand Rally ist nicht geeignet zu überzeugen.
