These Synchronous DRAMs are organized 64M x 4, 32M x 8 and 16M x 16. The chip is fabricated using Infineon's advanced 0.17 micron process technology which makes it the industry's smallest 256Mbit chip. Speed versions for PC100 2-2-2 and PC133 3-3-3 are available, the -7 version for PC133 2-2-2 is in preparation

Denn laut Infinion gibt es diese Speicher noch gar nicht! :confused:

Anscheinend schon denn Es gibt ja auch Mushkin PC150 2-2-2 und auf dem sind Handselektierte Chips von Infinion drauf.

jeder wie er glaubt, hab von meinem letzten no-name ram grad mit nem taschenmessa die chips runtergfangn und zum fenster rausgschissn weil er nach 8 monaten im orsch war
