Habe jetzt die Ursache gefunden, es war einer der beiden 256 MB speicherriegel! Läuft wieder alles, bin aber leider zu spät draufgekommen, hatte schon formatiert. Dabei habe ich noch vor einer Woche den Speicher komplett mit mem test durchgetestet, darum habe ich auch nie an einen Speicherfehler gedacht. Gruss Tolotos :eek:
