Kann man denn mit dem FS Commander auch automatisch die Routen abfliegen lassen, so wie mit dem FS Navigator?

Dafür, dass ich sowas mache, hab ich hier mal Haue bezogen, hoffentlich jetzt nicht wieder...:-)

Klar kann FS Commander das. Für Flieger ohne FMC ist das eine nette Sache.

Wie der Zufall will suchte ich heute morgen die Avsim-Seite auf, auf der suche nach Reviews für FSCommander. Sie haben sie, wennauch Version 7.7 Dort steht auch etwas zum Thema fsuipc.

"FSC is sold in two forms, as a shareware download and on CD-ROM from Aerosoft. The shareware version is about 30 euros. The CD-ROM version costs 5 euros more, plus shipping. The difference is not just a physical CD, though. FSC’s in-flight services (such as TCAS, flight logging, and GPS) use Peter Dowson’s FSUIPC module to interface with Flight Simulator while both programs are running. This is quite common for both freeware and payware products, but for payware products Dowson charges a licensing fee to the developer. The CD-ROM version includes that fee in its price, the download version doesn’t. As a result, download customers who want to use the in-flight features of FSC will also need to have purchased a registered version of FSUIPC. The registered version does a lot of other things too, but it adds about 20 euros to the cost if you don’t already have it. The CD-ROM version of FSC makes use of Dowson’s module too, but works with the freeware version of it."

Inwiefern das auf die Version 8 übertragbar ist, kann ich natürlich nicht sagen.

Einfach mal die ganze Sache durchlesen, version 8 wird wohl keine große Revolution, sondern Ergänzungen und kleine veränderungen vornehmen, denke ich:

Berechnet der FSC bei Flugplänen eigentlich auch die Altitudes? Und werden die dann automatisch abgeflogen? Ich hab im Manual und im Programm nirgendwo sowas gefunden.

Die Map verzeichnet ja gar keine Berge? Da weiß ich beim VFR-Fliegen ja gar nicht, wie hoch ich fliegen muss, um nirgends anzuecken.

Vielleicht bin ich ja altmodisch, aber ich dachte gerade VFR Flieger sind echte Piloten und keine Knöpfchendrücker wie die IFR Junkies :)

Ich habe ein Fenster aus dem ich herausschaue. Sehe ich einen Hügel oder einen Berg, ziehe ich hoch, und ist der vorbei gehe ich wieder runter. VFR und Autopilot? Nie..
