Hallo Jens,
so wie ich das eben auf der Seite von CH gesehen habe,sind die Sticks mit unterschiedlich vielen programmierbaren Buttons versehen.Einfach nochmal genauer durchlesen

Auf der CH Seite wird der "Combatstick 568 USB" und der "Fighterstick USB" präsentiert. Der "Combatstick 568 USB" hat weniger Buttons im Gegensatz zum Fighterstick. Aber es gibt hrundsätzlich nur eine Ausführung des Combatsticks. Deshalb verwirrt mich das Angebot auf der Seite von Profisoft. Weiß jemand was das "568" bedeutet?

Seit Dezember 05 gibt es für die CH Gameport Sticks und Pedale ein neuen Treiber.

Hallo Jens,

nagel mich nicht drauf fest, aber meines Wissens nach war der 568 ursprünglich so etwas wie die Edelversion des Combatsticks mit dem schwereren Sockel und der robusteren Mechanik des Fightersticks; so ungefähr habe ich es noch von der alten CH-Seite in Erinnerung. Angeblich soll der 568 auch etwas stärkere Federn haben.

Inzwischen gibt es offiziell anscheinend nur noch den 568 - aber vielleicht hat Profisoft ja noch eine Ladung der "alten" Standard-Combatsticks rumstehen. Der sehr günstige Preis legt diese Vermutung jedenfalls nahe.

1. As Revvin mentioned, the 568 has the larger base like the FighterStick. The older model used the same base as the FlightStick. Smaller base and smaller gimbals.

2. The 568 has an 8-way hat, the older model only a 4-way.

3. The 568 uses normal fixed calibration. With the older model, you had to move the stick through its full range every time you started Windows to let the stick calibrate itself. If you didn't, you'd come into a sim way out of calibration and the aircraft was more-or-less uncontrollable unless you could get through the full range without flying into the ground.

If you can manage it at all, get the 568 or a FighterStick. You'll be a whole lot happier with it.
