hobs grod gschofft! ;) das problem war folgendes,

im win2003 server sind sogenante webdiensterweiterungen installiert, dort hab ich eine hinzugefügt und PHP genannt, danach auf die php4isapi.dll datei verwiesen, anschließend noch die erweiterung .php hinzugefügt und ebenso auf die php4isapi.dll verwiesen, die php.ini ins windows verzeichniss und die datei php4ts.dll ins system32 verzeichniss kopiert und BUMM gangen is!
